Homecoming Dance Details
Expectations: As a community we want to promote integrity and respect. Our expectations for this event is for everyone to have a fun time with their friends. However, inappropriate dancing (Grinding/ dirty dancing) will not be allowed. Students will be removed for inappropriate dancing. Further discipline will be handed out if students fail to follow the dance policies, KMHS handbook, and Cobb County policies. Inappropriate displays of behavior during the dance will result in removal.
Dance time: 7:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m.
Dress: Semi-formal, Tradition has driven this to a formal affair where jackets and tuxedos are seen throughout the dance. We recommend that young men wear jackets and ties and that young ladies wear after-five attire.
Location: Kennesaw Mountain High School Courtyard
Drop off: In the front of Kennesaw Mountain High School in the teachers’ parking lot (THERE WILL BE NO DROPPING OFF IN THE CIRCLE – TOO DANGEROUS)
Food: Snacks and water provided by PTSA
Thank you:
On Behalf of Mane Link, We would like to thank the Kennesaw Mountain High family for their support.
Special thanks to the junior class lead by Avery Watson and her team, Ayusha Prasad, Nhi Diep, and Jacob Lee, for planning, organizing, and managing this incredible event.
SPECIAL THANKS TO THE ART CLUB FOR THEIR ARTISTIC CONTRIBUTIONS AND THEIR LONG HOURS TO MAKE THIS A GREAT EVENT.
